Privacy notice

Last updated: 13 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by Elite Sales Parther LLC ("we", "us"). Correspondence address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. This is a correspondence address, not an office open to the public. For any privacy question, write to info@elitesalesparther.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, the email address and the message you enter. Please do not include passwords, account credentials, customer lists or sensitive personal information in your message.

How the form data is handled

The form data is sent by email to info@elitesalesparther.com so that we can answer your enquiry. It is not stored in a database. The email stays in our mailbox for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal before any agreement. We do not use them for marketing mailings, and we do not sell them.

Hosting

This website and its email are hosted by AMAI on its own servers. AMAI handles the data only to run the website and deliver the email. Like any web server, it may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, date and requested page, for security and operation. These logs do not contain the content of the form. To limit spam, the contact form keeps a one-way hash of the sender’s IP address and the time of each message for 10 minutes, then discards it.

No analytics or marketing tracking

This website uses no analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing or social media trackers.

Browser storage

Only two preferences are saved in your browser's localStorage: your language choice and your cookie choice. They are described in the cookie policy. Your form data is never saved in the browser.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Write to info@elitesalesparther.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This website is directed at businesses and adults. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
